LeQuan Hylton is the Managing Partner at Encore Insurance Group, bringing with him over 15 years of real estate and construction experience as a licensed realtor since 2009. With an undergraduate degree in Business Management from Virginia State University, an MBA from Averett University, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, LeQuan's professional background provides him with a unique perspective in the world of risk management and insurance. He is also a licensed Class-A Contractor and a Certified Distressed Property Expert.

LeQuan's commitment to quality and affordable housing has earned him recognition as one of "Richmond's Top 40 Under 40" by Style Weekly in 2014 and one of VCU's "Top 10 Under 10 Alumni of the Year" in 2017. As a combat veteran who served in Afghanistan, he led construction efforts for Bagram Air Base and currently serves in the Army Reserves. LeQuan is also an active member of several associations, including the Chesterfield County Planning Commission and the Partnership for Housing Affordability, serving on the board of directors for HomeAgain and co-chairing the Chesterfield County Housing Diversity Working Group.

In his free time, LeQuan enjoys photography, golf, road trips in his Jeep, and mountain biking while spending time with his wife Nelda Richardson, and their three daughters.
